Stuart is the Ottawa-based Partner and Lead telecommunications /ICT projects for a boutique strategy consultancy with offices in Vancouver, Toronto, Ottawa and London, UK.
His practice area encompasses technology, market assessment, financial and economic analysis, and regulatory frameworks. His clients include operators, new entrants, regulators and policy-makers in Canada and the global market.
Stuart holds a BA (Honours) from Queens, a MSc. from INRS and a MBA from Concordia University Business School (now John Molson).
