We build tools for advocacy. When you choose to advocate, your voice is the power driving change. Our tools give you a platform on which to speak and a community standing behind you. When you raise awareness of the lives of people in need, like this woman in drought-stricken Kenya, you help turn hope into reality, because your hopes and hers both matter. This is where dignity starts.
Your ideas can change the world. The world needs change.
Expressing our creativity helps us to see our dignity and the dignity inherent in all human beings. It shows us our uniqueness, it strengthens our sense of self-worth, it opens our hearts and minds to appreciate and value others, and it inspires others to do the same. At Advocates for Dignity, the tools we develop are designed to encourage this reciprocal relationship. We hope they will inspire you in your creative endeavors. If you would like to change the world, we would like to help.
When we are ready to listen, others are ready to share.
When we listen to each other, we open a world of possibilities, creating space for new ways of being in the world. Our tools are designed to empower users to create this space. Connecting people is at the heart of what we do.
Our goal is to provide you with life-enriching experiences. We connect you with people who are working to make a difference, and we link you to the people who benefit from your advocacy. By supporting you, and by strengthening the connection of every member of our community to the world, we aim to enrich the lives of all persons in our global family.
Connecting consumers and producers for peace and security.
We envision a future in which consumers and producers know each other and see the impact of their actions on each other. Like a local market with familiar names and faces, the global marketplace will be a place of personal connection. Tools for advocacy will help us build closer relationships no matter the distance, and will empower us to work together for the creation of a more peaceful and secure world.
Behind each cause is a community. Within each community there is hope.
Every organization promoted on My Greenboard supports a cause. Sometimes multiple organizations collaborate to support the same cause. Each cause that is the focus of these collaborations is represented here.
This man and his grandson live in the highlands of Guatemala, in a coffee-farming community. A coffee plant fungus called Roya, or coffee rust, is harming coffee production in their community, and throughout coffee growing regions of the world. The Coffee Trust helps these farmers and their families adjust to this challenge.
